About Bill Preston's Cap
In early 2010, USAFA held its national awards ceremony honoring its staff and ALOs. Bill was selected as the Best ALO of the Year. In recognition, his local parents' club provided Bill with a baseball cap (his favorite hat style) embroidered with The Best ALO on the front with our club initials UPALAC on the back. Bill also was once our Club President.
